Pack It Up Getaways – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per traveler is required to secure your spot.

Failure to submit full payment by the final deadline will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation with no refund of prior payments.

2. Payment Plans

Flexible payment plans are offered as a courtesy to help manage costs. It is your responsibility to stay on schedule.

Missed payments may result in additional fees or loss of your booking without refund.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the trip departure may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit, minus any unrecoverable costs (e.g., prepaid lodging, event tickets, service fees).

• Cancellations made between 61–90 days before departure will result in a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to packitupgetaways@gmail.com.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or missed departures.

• In some cases, traveler substitutions may be allowed for a $50 administrative fee, if requested more than 30 days before departure.

4. Changes & Trip Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety, or operational needs.

No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments that do not materially alter the value of the trip.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must comply with all rules and policies set by Pack It Up Getaways and our partners.

Failure to follow behavioral or safety guidelines may result in removal from the trip at your own expense, with no refund.

Families are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in any trip or event, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with group travel.

Pack It Up Getaways is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.

All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to departure. Parents/legal guardians must sign on behalf of minor children.

7. Health & Safety

You agree not to travel if you have any contagious illness or health risk.

Certain destinations may require proof of vaccination, negative tests, or additional health documentation.

8. Media Release

By joining a Pack It Up Getaways trip, you grant permission for photos or videos of you and your family to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify us in writing before the trip begins.

9. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful travel environment.

Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the trip without refund.

10. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance (e.g., Allianz, AIG) to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected circumstances.

Pack It Up Getaways does not offer refunds for personal emergencies, missed flights, or illness.

11. Force Majeure Clause

Pack It Up Getaways is not liable for any loss, delay, injury, or damage resulting from natural disasters, government actions, strikes, weather events, or other force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide comparable services.

12. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that processing fees associated with credit card or online payments are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund.

Example: If a $500 refund is approved and $15 in card fees were paid, $485 will be refunded.

13. Acknowledgment

By registering for a trip, submitting any payment, or participating in a Pack It Up Getaways event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
